This guide includes information regarding installation, logins, setup and integrations.

Overview

Connecting your Xero accounting package has never been so easy and should take you less than 5 minutes.

STILL NEED THE DESKTOP APP?

Read the installation docs here or download the app. Once downloaded, you can login to your account or join an exisiting organisation.

Open the app

Upon opening StayOnHire, you'll be prompted to login

Overview

If you're new to StayOnHire, you can create a new account here. To create a new account:

Xero is easy-to-use online accounting software that's designed specifically for small businesses. Learn more about Xero.

Organisations

You will then be given the choice to:

  • Join an existing organisation by adding their reference number; or

  • Create a new organisation

Your 8-digit organisation reference number can be found by accessing Settings > Members (from the organisation you wish to join).

Accounting connection

Select your accounting package and select it:

  • For Xero or MYOB Essentials customers, click 'Connect'

  • For all others, select your package from the list and click 'Continue'

If you don't currently have access to your accounting package login details, you can skip this step.

Select the accounting package you use and click 'Connect'

Learn more

  • StayOnHire will only need to be connected once

  • To refresh the sync, head to Settings > Connections and click the 'Re-connect' button

Logout

To logout from your StayOnHire account when signed in, head to Settings > Profile and click 'Logout'.
