Your organisation may choose to connect third-party applications to StayOnHire, including accounting software and AI assistants. Data is sent to a connected application only at the direction of a user of your organisation and within the access that user approves. The providers of these applications are not our sub-processors; their handling of your data is governed by your agreement with them.

We will update this list at least 30 days before a new sub-processor first processes Customer Data. Removals and changes of location are published when they take effect. Organisation owners may ask our Privacy Officer to be notified of changes by email. Customer Data is not used to train AI models.
