StayOnHire is an application that helps growing plant hire businesses effectively manage their company's staff and internal processes from one system; that focuses on simplicity, flexibility and reliability.
StayOnHire is a low-risk solution to get your business off manually intensive, repetitive tasks associated with using spreadsheets and paper processes into a systems that can connect all of those moving parts and reduce operational expenses.
From humble beginning in 2016, StayOnHire was initially founded as Idle Australia; an online software service that supported the short-term hire of dry plant and equipment between contractors and hire companies alike.
The core innovations of Idle Australia was the shift to online, upfront payments for short term dry hire alongside a goal to increase industry-wide utilisation rates and reduce labour intensive overheads of the rental contract process; by digitising repetitive tasks associated with the sales and admin staff at rental companies.
While endeavouring to achieve these goals, we became familiar with the rapidly aging, complicated and expensive operating systems that existed through the industry and decided to build a better solution. StayOnHire was created to provide a cost-effective, low-risk solution to get businesses off manually intensive, repetitive tasks associated with using spreadsheets and paper processes to manage their operations.
We've started by digitising the most commonly repeated aspects of a rental contract from quotation and pre/post/customer machine inspections to invoicing, online payments and revenue tracking just to name just a few.
By addressing these core requirements of a rental operations, we plan to continue innovating with highly practical and valuable tools for growing rental businesses to access.
The core foundations of our vision, values, mission and direction are nothing less than the direct result of its co-founders Dylan and Tom. With complementary skills spanning business strategy, industry expertise and programming talent; we're fuelled by a shared passion for digital innovation and problem-solving difficult real-world inefficiencies.
